Just a 10 min drive to the ski slopes of Hatley Pointe Ski Resort as well as the famed Appalachian Trail. Visit quaint, local towns like historic Marshall, Burnsville and only 30 min to iconic Asheville. End the day gathered around the firepit stargazing.
3 BRs, 3.5 BAs, two living areas, complete privacy on each floor if so desired. 1 propane FP, large chef's kitchen, game room, washer & dryer, & two decks. Enjoy the four tvs, pinball machine, foosball, dart board, fire pit, hot tub, or sitting down by the creek. Outdoor charcoal and wood burning pizza oven. Hike the paths on the 10 acres that lead to fish pond, creek or orchard. Gravel driveway is quite steep, a 4 wheel drive is highly recommended and it is essential with snow.
