Policies

You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. The Renter agrees to take full responsibility for any accident(s); injury(s) or damage(s) that may result in or about the premises, to persons or property and that Irish Ridge Cabins (IRC) shall not be held liable, or responsible for such injury(s), accident(s) or damage(s). The Renter assumes all charges incurred and or damages to the premises, structures, or contents, during the stay, caused by the reserving party or its guests. IRC reserves the right to charge the renter's credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. IRC assumes no responsibility for damages or loss of items belonging to our guests. The renter agrees to vacate the premises in clean condition and in as good of a condition as when entering. Inspection of the premises will be made by IRC after termination of the rental period.- Irish Ridge Cabins are SMOKE FREE inside. A $200.00 cleaning fee for smoking inside or cigarette butts outside will be charged to the credit card on file. Ashtrays are provided for outside smoking/thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.

As of April 2020, the travel industry changed due to Covid-19. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance in this time of uncertainty as another way to cover yourself as a traveler, if you want additional coverage outside of our cancellation policies. Per our cancellation policy, refunds for communicable diseases or viruses are only offered if there is a full travel ban in place. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance through this third-party vendor to cover your trip for ANY REASON (weather, illness, etc) you need to cancel – https://www.squaremouth.com/ – please call our office for more information.

Security Deposit

For all adult groups, staying at Duffy's Lodge, in addition to the rental fees, a $500.00 security deposit is required for all reservations.

Note: We require the security deposit 14 days prior to your check in date. Deposits are usually received back within 5-7 business days after your departure. The security deposit will be conditionally but HAPPILY REFUNDED pending we receive the accommodation back in the same condition in which it was given to you.

Rates

Rates are based on 2 guests/per night. Each additional adult guest is $10.00/person/night for the Shamrock and Claddagh cabins.*

  • Duffy's Lodge rates are based on 12 guests                           
  • Children ages 0-18 are free.

Taxes added are 13.25%  (7.25% State Sales Tax and a 6% Bed Tax). All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

Reservations Online (booking engine) service fee of 6% applied at the time of booking.

  • Weekend rates apply on Fridays & Saturdays.
  • Weekend Cabin stays require a 2 night minimum stay which consists of a Friday & Saturday or a Saturday & Sunday.
  • Weekday stays require a 2 night minimum stay. 
  • WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ONE NIGHT STAYS.
  • 50% deposit is required for all Cabin reservations payable by Credit Card. Balance is due 3 weeks (21 days) before arrival payable CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD.
  • Reservations made 3 weeks or less from intended arrival will pay the entire balance.
  • Children are welcome. All children must be under adult supervision at all times.

We ask that you follow all guidelines And policies regarding use of these amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency.  Failure to do so may result in damage or excessive cleaning charges.

Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase

Check In

3:00 pm - 8:00 pm. earlier check-in is possible per scheduling & management approval.

Check Out

11:00 am. We are not able to accommodate late check outs.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation fee of $25.00

  • Refunds are given on the following formula:
  • 32 days or more notice from scheduled arrival - Full refund.
  • 22-31 days notice from scheduled arrival - 50% Refund of Deposit.
  • 21 days or less (including last minute reservations) - No Refund unless it is an emergency. 

** In the event of an early departure or in the case of inclement weather, we are unable to give any kind of refund. Refunds for communicable diseases or viruses are only offered if there is a full travel ban in place.
