Owners provide 10 adult beach passes to walk on the beach. Kids are free. This is a 2 story home, on each level, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, washer/dryer, and Central Air Conditioning! Beautiful huge, private back yard, with custom built patio with 2 large outdoor tables and chairs, enclosed outdoor shower, and two driveways allows for parking for 10 cars.
