The Madison House is a great place to stay on your visit to Columbus! Just 4 minutes drive and 10 min walk from Downtown Columbus, our house is in a great location in Olde Towne East. Your group will love all the space here! This beautiful new renovation house has 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 7 total beds. Share a meal together, laugh together, and reunite over a great stay here while exploring Columbus together. Our house is walkable to the cutest block of "hip spots" on the East Side! OTE!
The Space:
Our house is a half of a duplex building. It has 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms, and is a fresh inviting space to stay on your visit to Columbus!
The first floor has a living room, and dinning room for your group to relax. The kitchen is brand new, and fully stocked for your cooking needs. Behind the kitchen is a guest bathroom.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a brand new full bathroom on the 2nd floor. 2 large bedrooms have a queen and a twin bed, the smaller room has just a full bed.
Up on the third floor is a large 4th bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bathroom as well!

The Housepitality Team is a staff of full-time professionals that are dedicated to making your stay a great experience! We are out and around town all day working to provide our guests with great service, so if anything is needed during your stay, we are happy to help.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver's license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and reservations for guests under 26 years old may not be honored in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community. If we are unable to host a reservation due to security and/or local laws, we will notify the guest shortly after booking their reservation. We will provide a full refund if a reservation is not able to be honored, as long as (if required) the guest may need to cancel the reservation in a timely manner to receive a full refund from the host.
