Welcome to Cincinnati! Our spacious 2 BR, 1.5 BA unit is the best spot for your stay in the Queen City. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, king and queen sized beds, with all the amenities you need to feel right at home.
The unit is located just a short walk away from the city’s best restaurants & bars, Washington park, TQL Stadium, Music Hall, and Cincinnati police station. Whatever brings you to the city, our unit is perfect after a long day of exploring. We can’t wait to host you!
You will have access to our two story unit and shared back patio. Guests can feel free to stay in the upstairs bedrooms and make yourself at home.
The street is a quiet residential area, so we ask that guests be aware of their surroundings. We get along great with our neighbors and want to maintain those relationships.
This is a four unit building. Three of the units are rented out as other short term rentals with one of the units as a long term rental.
You will have access to the whole unit, including a shared back patio. We ask that you are kind to our neighbors if/when you meet them.
You will gain access to the unit by using a key that is located in a lock box.
** THE DOOR LOCKS AUTOMATICALLY **
Please do not leave the unit without the key or you will have to access the back-up key.
Parking - there is free 2 hour street parking on the unit street. There is also paid street parking on nearby/perpendicular streets. As an additional option - we can provide a paid guest parking pass for 1 vehicle, please reach out to us after booking if you’d like to set this up.
We will most likely be around the area at any given time.
Phone #’s will be provided so you will have 24/7 access for any problems, need for assistance, or questions.
Parking - there is free 2 hour street parking on the unit street. Paid street parking is available on many of the surrounding streets (Central & Charles). There is also a covered parking garage (Town Center Garage) just a 2-3 minute walk from the unit.

1) Free 2 hour street parking on the unit street. Please note - guests can only park for free here for 2 hours or from 9p-9a. A permit is needed from 9a-9p.
2) Paid street parking on nearby/perpendicular streets (Central & Charles).
3) RECOMMENDED: Paid guest parking pass for 1 vehicle to park for duration of your stay on the unit street. Please reach out to us after booking if you’d like to set this up as we will need vehicle info & payment. Price varies depending on number of nights staying.
Smart TV w/ provided WiFi to access Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu, HBO, and multiple other TV applications.
Smart box Lockbox used to enter the apartment. This will come with thorough instructions so entering and exiting is seamless.
Ring camera will be on the outside of the front door for monitoring who enters and exits the building.
Please note there are two king beds, but the unit can comfortably sleep 6 overnight guests, as there is plenty of space should you choose to bring an air mattress. Please no more than 6 guests. Thank you!
