This property is a beautiful NEWLY RENOVATED 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 boat slip house located directly on the lovely Westecunk creek in West Creek NJ. To get to LBI beaches from DOCK ROAD, you would take RT 9 N and make a right onto RT 72 and take that into Surf City. We are separated from LBI by the bay....
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. We also request that you please check our cancellation policy before you book. It is strict. This property is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. It is lifted, the main living area is accessible only by steps. Thank you for checking our listing!

Situated off the beaten path, you will find Dock Road’s breezes blissfully relaxing in the summertime. The home is in the Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge. Houses are spaced further apart in this area so you can expect quiet nights, many boaters during the summer and wildlife. For our JUNE AND JULY guests PLEASE be aware of the turtles. They lay their eggs in June and July. We have included crates for you to put on top of the eggs to protect them from the birds. Hopefully they will hatch. If you are brave enough to scoop the adult turtles up into a cardboard box or crate and gently release them in the creek you will be prolonging the species.

Back to the home. Beautifully, renovated almost everything is new top to bottom, inside and out. For your sleeping pleasure the downstairs bedroom has a pillowtop queen mattress and a Casper full mattress both have gel pads on top. The sofa is a queen pull out. Upstairs we have a Stearns and Foster queen, a purple king mattress, and a daybed.

We request that our guests please bring sheets, towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, trash bags and anything else that will make your stay more comfortable.

We have multiple coffee machines that will handle your K cups. We also have a coffee machine that will grind your beans. You should find the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, silverware, glasses, and dishware. We offer kayaks for your use. There are 3 of them. TIPS hardware ( on DOCK AND RT 9) also rents them.
There are 2 boat slips included with the property. At the time of this writing, launching is free. The ramp is on your left as you drive down DOCK ROAD. The local restaurants are fantastic as everyone seems to be bouncing back from COVID. Calloway’s restaurant used to be a full amusement park. Now they offer a driving range with bar, mini golf, cornhole and a cozy pool room with 4 pool tables. The Grapevine is a favorite also offering lunch specials and delicious (mostly) Italian dinners. We call it the place "everyone knows your name ... "
We include 6 beach passes to LONG BEACH ISLAND beaches. I will text you the beaches they work at. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you have a fantastic time.
