To enhance your stay, Sheldon Gold is equipped with a range of modern amenities. Enjoy the seating on the front porch, chill out in the lovely living room and enjoy a great meal in the dining room. While the two sides of the duplex share a large front porch, each side has it`s own front door with secure electronic lock, and unique code for each reservation. We also provide a key to each unit`s back door to offer easy access to off-street parking through the private backyards.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, inside or outside.

• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs may be billed. These are not covered by the $1,000 smoking violation fine.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• No candles, incense, or strong-smelling substances.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
• For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in.
• Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance.
• If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook.
• Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft.
• We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.
• If your reservation is cancelled due to rule violations, you must remove all belonging from the property. Any vehicles left of the property after cancellation will be towed at the car owner`s expense.
