Why stay at hotel when your entire group can have a stunning home where everyone can mingle in the common areas, but then retreat to your own private room appointed with closets, cable television, full bathrooms and personal air/heat controls. This home can sleep (20) people by accommodating (2) per bed/room.
Whip up a meal for everyone in the chef's kitchen that includes with double ovens, industrial dishwasher, induction stovetop, Keurig, and Kitchenaid mixer. Our three dining tables are able to seat everyone in the home comfortably.
Living Room space is not hard to come by here - plenty of couches and chairs to relax! Our fireplace does work on gas heat, so cozy on up and play a game of checkers!
Other amenities that stand out are the large back patio with fire pit, the home gym (bike, treadmill, free weights), and the handicap accessibility throughout the entire home, including showers and tubs.

This home is great for a corporate event, team project, or small conference - It may also be used as a small wedding venue. We just ask that you let us know in advance what you are planning!

Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. We put a lot of personal love into making this property a place for families and groups to enjoy, relax, and connect!
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Damage or special cleanings to furnishings is charged at $100/hour to repair plus actual material costs.
• If you move the the furniture, please move it back before checkout.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 6am - due to surrounding neighborhood. If we receive any complaints from neighbors, we will charge $500 soo that we may deliver them gift cards.
• Events are allowed between the hours of 6am and 10pm, the nature of the event must be disclosed to management and there will be a guest fee of $20 per day per guest for the event. (this fee is for any guests coming by above your already disclosed nightly guests. Ie. if you have 16 guests sleeping at the property and are having a small wedding with 10 additional guests coming to the wedding- there will be an additional $200 charge)
if you violate any house rules we may remove you from the premises without any refund whatsoever. We also have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home through the resolution center on Airbnb.
