KITCHEN
Our kitchen, with a gas stove, offers two full sets of plates and cups for adults and kids, essential cookware, a blender, a toaster oven, a microwave, a slow cooker, a dishwasher. We are working towards a zero-waste space, so we provide a Brita pitcher, a sodastream, reuseable cleaning towels, vinegar-based cleaning products. We supply dark + medium roast ground coffee, sugar, and lactose-free creamer. For the littlest member of your group, there is a high chair. Pets have their own water + food bowls, too.
LIVING AREA/DECKS
Enjoy the gas-only fireplace, myriad of toys & games in the entryway storage, or watch all the sports on fubo*! Enjoy the grill and dine al fresco upstairs. Downstairs, rock on the swing or practice yoga on the deck. We have low-flow toilets on each level. There is a baby/pet gate to prevent access to the stairs. *Note: We also have Sling or you can access all of your own TV content via Roku guest mode on the smart tv.
BEDROOMS
Relax in a rocking chair or enjoy some books before bed. There is a pack 'n play available for those under 30 lbs. We have in-shower dispensers to reduce plastic.
LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for guest use. All cleaning supplies are provided to prevent the spread of germs.
Guest access
We have two parking spots at the house and can sometimes use the space across the street to accommodate additional vehicles; otherwise there are options within the neighborhood.

We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out. Just ask! We require guests to sign a contract in order to stay at our home. We welcome a maximum of two (2) pets for a $50 pet fee.
WILDLIFE and WEATHER:
It's the mountains, so expect wildlife and fog/snow in the winter. The weather can be wonderful, but also disrupt travel so we strongly encourage travel insurance.
In case of snow/ice, a 4WD vehicle and/or chains are required in order to drive up the mountain. Law enforcement sets up checkpoints to verify. Once you're in our neighborhood, the speed limit is 15 mph in normal conditions with windy roads and steep hills that can be tough without the proper car.
This property can handle a typical amount of electronics, but charging electric vehicles or bringing high-power consumption electronics may cause a breaker to trip.
Please note this property does not have A/C and has three flights of stairs (including one flight to the front door). The "yard" is a steep mountainside so we recommend bringing shoes with good grips, especially if you want to let out a pet. You'll need to keep your eyes on the smallest guests near the fireplace and on the decks, but we provide a gate to prevent small guests from accessing the stairs inside the home. We have external security cameras; neither can see into the home.
