Beatifully updated pool home complete with two master suites that both have access to the pool. A fun double bunk room for the kiddos. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan with a remote. Plenty of room for families and large groups. Huge backyard, quiet neighborhood and private pool, two fire pits, corn hole boards and bags. The indoor shuffleboard table provides endless entertainment. The closet is full of puzzles and board games. Giant full size kitchen, completely stocked with everything you need. Dining room with seating for six and seating for four more at the kitchen island.Two car garage and plenty of driveway space to park multiple vehicles. We are pet friendly and have a fully fenced in back yard. There is a temperature controlled grill on the pool deck for the grillmaster in your group.There are Roku TVs in every room except for the bunk room. We are 6 miles from world renowned beaches, close to rowing facilities, big cat habitat, and museums. Many local breweries nearby. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach bag, and a soft cooler so you’re all set to to enjoy our beautiful beaches. There is a Target, a Publix, a Winn Dixie, and many restaurants 5 minutes away.

Summary: We had a great time, beautiful home, clean very nice neighborhood quiet, had everything you can need for a vacation, plus much more, loads of board games, and activities. VERY spacious house, awesome pool was a lifesaver for the eight-year-old (to skip the beach and Florida heat.) Great location. Very comfortable master bedroom bed best sleep of my life. Highly recommend, Overall 10 out of 10!!
