The home is within a short walk of pizza joints, cafes, restaurants, a market, shops, and even a movie theater.
You'll have access to the entire 1,900 sq ft home with both modern essentials and touches of its original character left from 1919.
The master bedroom is the expanse of the entire 3rd floor offering a King bed and TV! There's a desk for quiet work and a Queen sized Futon Bed for extra sleeping arrangements.
On the second floor, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms! 1 & 2 offer Queen Beds and 3 offers a Full over Twin Trundle Bed.
We will be adding little extras throughout 2022 for our guests. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, snacks, and coffees/teas.
We added a Wii console your welcome to use and will be adding a little area downstairs for extra space to entertain. Board games for kids and books to read at the end of a busy day.
There is a clothes washer and dryer in the basement. And ample parking on site and on the street. Please do not block shared driveway with our neighbors.

Highland Park is where you'll find the most fun in Akron! The home is within a short walk of pizza joints, cafes, restaurants, a market, shops, and even a revitalized movie theater.
Most of our guests drive, but it'sa great walk to some local favorites and a park nearby. We also have Uber, Lyft and all the food deliver services on call at all times.
We also have some kids bikes in the garage if you want to explore a little down the road.

Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please park all the way up near the garage so as to not block the neighbor's driveway. Otherwise on the street.
No smoking inside the Airbnb. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on premises. This includes butts left on the ground. A $150 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts on the property.
No parties or events of any kind. Unless requested prior to booking. Additional fees will apply.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed, without prior approval and not to exceed the maximum allowed per Airbnb and city ordinance.
Quiet time after 10 p.m. until 7 a.m.
For you, your family and friends ( & pets) safety, this property has exterior cameras (audio/video) , ring doorbells and blink cameras that are in plain view in public spaces, front yard and back yard and monitored regularly.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.
Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin and outside receptaclesat check-out.
Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.
Curb your pets and comply with neighbors as far as barking complaints.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Always appreciated to take soiled linens to the basement and leave on floor next to washer. Our cleaners thank you!
