Summary: The suite room that I pre-booked/pre paid was not avaliable for my family and I upon arrival after a 7 hour ride. Then a desk clerk assured me that a mgr approved for a comp stay for the inconvenience. After following up twice, I was told that there was no such arrangements in their system. Finally aftter explaining my dismay with the next clerk, she wrote a note to refund 1 night stay instead of 2 nights. Very frustrating!twice
