Spacious home with large living room, dining room and kitchen, screened in porch and deck, private outdoor pool, FROG with two double beds and more living space. Per Lexington County ordinance maximum occupancy of individuals over age 5, is 14. Short term rental- Lexington County permit # 2500741. Home perfect for families, friends, USC football games, graduations, etc. Centrally located in Lexington with easy access to Interstate 20, as well as numerous sporting complexes, Lake Murray and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Columbia/USC. The Masters/ Augusta National Golf Club - 58 miles. Fort Jackson is 35 minutes from property. *** Please be aware property is adjacent to neighbor’s pond so children should be supervised outside at all times. Summary: Place was huge with plenty of beds for everyone! We had a large group in town for a wedding and it was great to gather as a family with plenty of space.
