Our property is nestled in the pines in a hidden neighborhood in the heart of Payson. When you are on our property you will feel like you're in the forest, but local shops are only minutes away.

The space
This rental features two separate homes, The Jasper House, and The Onyx House. These homes are connected by an outdoor atrium or "Arizona Room." They do not share walls.
Jasper, the larger home on the property, boasts a 1940's craftsman fireplace. The rest of Jasper has been updated, highlighting the pine walls and extra large living room window facing the pines. You will probably see elk and Javelina as you enjoy your morning coffee. Jasper has plenty of indoor space to invite your friends next door over for board games or a movie.

These two homes share an outdoor dog washing station (with hot water), a large outdoor picnic area, a shared outdoor fire pit (please follow all county fire regulations), and plenty of space for the kids and dogs to run around!
This is the perfect rental for multi families looking to getaway from Phoenix. Payson and its surrounding cities offer excellent restaurants, hiking, swimming, fishing and more! All within 90 or so minutes from Phx!
Guest access
There are additional units on the property used for storage that will be locked. If you rent both Jasper and Onyx units you have access to every portion of the property and over 2 acres of grounds.
Other things to note
Property is a cabin and in nature. Walkways are uneven and require steps up and down. Jasper is a vintage cabin with original windows that may be difficult to open and close. Property is not in compliance with the accessibility guidelines for those with mobility issues.
Elk, javelina and other wild animals are normal to see at the property. We have Elk almost daily. Please do not feed the wildlife and watch your pets and kids around wild life.
