Summary: Hotel looked new, clean, room looked great. Took a long walk that Even ng as a trail is right out front. Bed very comfortable. Wake up Saturday morning and turn TV in to relax TV won't turn on. I go down to let them know it doesn't around 7:44AM. She tells me maintenance will be in at 8:00 and she'll let them know. I told her I want to relax. I get breakfast, go up to room, eat and by 8:30 realize I'm not going to relax, pack up and check out. I asked what she'll do to make it right. She took $20 off. While I appreciated that, losing an hour or two to relax, watch TV was a treat I would have really appreciated. I only leave a $3.00 tip. Really disappointed.
