Summary: Great location for exploring the Fayetteville section of new river gorge. While the place is generally clean, it is a bit run down. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our biggest complaint was the mattress in the king room. It should be replaced. We had to move to the smaller room because it was too uncomfortable.
