Located on a quiet side street, adjacent to the playground, this shingled 1911 summer cottage with a large wrap around porch, offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps 7 comfortably. One can walk to the charming harbor, beachcomb, ride and bike on the carriage trails, and hike in nearby Acadia National Park. Recently renovated, it retains its charm, while also offering up to date appliances and systems. Fireplace in the living room makes for cozy evenings. Wifi updated in 2020. This property is for gentle folks, attentive parents, who supervise their well disciplined children.
