There are 4 bedrooms-each with it's own private full bathroom: 3 in the main house, and 1 in the rear casita. Casita is set up with desk and a pullout couch bed. Premium hardwood floors with area rugs are placed throughout the home. The house has a state of the art entertainment system: 5 flat screen TVs all set up to operate through Roku with 4 zone sound system that will allow you to entertain with ease.
