The Space:
A spacious and modern open concept floor plan with your vacation in mind to share activities, experiences and warm gatherings this home is filled with designer touches. Feel at home in your vacation home as you access your Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime accounts for family movies, sporting events, etc. Kids and the adult kid in you will appreciate the XBOX gaming station set up in the bunk room.

The private stretch of waterfront is what truly makes this home so unique. In addition to the patio, you'll find a set of stairs leading down to the inviting waterfront with private mooring buoy for your watercraft (nearest boat launch is Entiat Park or Chelan Falls State Park)! Guests have direct water access to cool off in the summer months with a swim in the river or take a European cold plunge in the cooler months before heading to the hot tub! The hot tub is perfect for relaxing and soaking those muscles after a good day of hiking the Chelan Butte (just out the front door) or water skiing/tubing/swimming (just out the back door).
2 small trout sized fishing poles with general tackle box provided for your enjoyement. Fishing can be your family's next FUN experience made easy as you can bait your line right off the stair and platform river access. Don't forget to get a fishing license! Also, nearly 250,000 salmon swim past our home every year so your chances to reel in a salmon are pretty good, plus entertaining AND Epicurious! ( bring your own salmon fishing gear )
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and Columbia Riverfront access via a child safety locked gate! Keyless Entry. Coded Door Lock's are located on the front entry door and exterior doors. You will be provided a code prior to check-in.

Located waterfront on the the Columbia River within a private neighborhood on the Stayman Flats in Chelan, The Columbia Haus is a quick 2.7 mile boat ride to Rocky Pond Winery and 12 mile drive to Lake Chelan. What’s great about this premier waterfront home is that you can take advantage of a peaceful atmosphere.
Getting Around:
A 4x4 is recommended during the winter months. LINK public transport is available within walking distance from the home.
Other Things to Note:
The house is located on the west side of the Columbia river, 4 miles off/away from highway 97A. It is riverfront and there is a train track nearby. This home is NOT CHILDPROOF. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests are responsible for the safety of all people in their party including in home safety, outdoor safety including hot tub, river, river access, river's edge and train track.
