Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We have a VERY large dog and the staff was very friendly about him. We had issues logging into the WiFi & staff was helpful. When it was time to check out, the customer in front of me had an issue where a refund was due to him. The computer system was taking awhile to accept the changes the staff member was making & she was very nice to thank me several times for being patient.

Negative: Our room had 2 television sets, one was mounted on the wall across from a love seat on one side of the room & one was mounted across from the bed. We got the one on the wall across from the love seat to work, but the one across from the bed didn't seem to be hooked up to cable or anything. We did not contact staff about it because we did not spend a lot of time in our room. In the morning, we came down for breakfast, but all the eggs and sausage, the warm offerings except waffles & toast were empty. It took a long while for it to be restocked and, at first, there wasn't any communication about stocking it up. We weren't sure if more food would be put out for awhile & we waited to see what was happening. After a customer asked, staff was very apologetic & said more would be brought out.

Summary: It wasn't perfect, but we were happy. Good value for $, pet friendly, & nice staff
