Summary: No clear entrance location to the building. I messaged hotel when I would arrive. Late Ck in. I arrived & had to wait 15 min. as desk clerk seemed to be trying to help a young lady. Eventually she sat down in the lobby. He told me my reservation had been canceled & I should have been notified but… he had one room. 315. Ok. Thankfully. He made many attempts to get the plastic key card to work. Must’ve taken 1/2 hour to check in maybe longer. He kept checking things. Very nervous fella. Nice enough. Kept appoligizing. He made 2 keys. Only 1 worked. The door I had to push on to open. The toilet bowl was gross…dirty, Marks on baseboard & walls. Black out curtain attachment was broken. Rusty drain in tub. Old & ugly faucet. Towels & bath mat had black marks & mismatched colors. White, orange & tan. The bed cover had a rip in it. Bed was comfortable & one pillow was not too hard. The ice machine was broken. Had to go to lobby to get ice.
