Summary: The room was very clean. However we could not get the TV to work so after several trips to the front desk we were given another room. As I said the rooms were clean but the matress was way to soft and not at all firm. Also in the morning after a quick swim I stopped by the front desk to ask if it was ok if we went pass checkout by 15 minutes or a half hour at most - checkout was 10 AM. I was told "make it 15 minutes, not a half hour". Now I could see if it was in season during the summer and the hotel was sold out, but it wasn't and probably half or more of the rooms were empty. I thought the staff could have been a little more courteous and accommodating in this regard and told us to take our time so we didn't feel rushed.
