This property sits just of CO-9 about 12 minutes south of the town of Breckenridge. It's really easy to get into town and the main road (CO-9) into town is plowed and easy to drive in.

In the winter time the snow will cover the river, however in the summer it is so amazing to just sit on the deck and look at the river and the trees.

It sits at 10,500 ft give or take, so this means it snows A LOT!. That is good for you if you like to just stare at the snow out the window

There is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk away so if you want to take that into town you can as opposed to driving.

The bathroom, living room and kitchen has been remodeled.

The main bedroom has a king bed

Second bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed with a pull out trundle on the bottom

The couch is very cozy and somebody could sleep on that too.

Please note the shower is a little small (30''x30'') but its remodeled with beautiful hacienda style tile, so that makes it fun to shower in.

The house is stocked with blankets, kitchen stuff to cook with and a TV with cable.

Please no pets and no smoking.
