Welcome to our recently renovated, fully stocked, and comfortable North Canton house. Only 5 miles from the Football Hall Of Fame, amenities include a large fenced in backyard, two living spaces, a ping pong table, foosball table, outdoor bar with tv, bbq grill, all the cookware you'll need and more. Our home accommodates 6 guests and we are pet friendly! Please inquire for pet accommodation fare and rules prior to booking.
The Space:
Inside, the space boasts three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Thanks to the bedroom layout, four total beds, second living room in the basement (including a Ping Pong Table, foosball table and projector) and contemporary kitchen, you can still relax in private even if you’re staying with additional friends and family.
If you do want to get out and explore we are only 5 minutes to Walsh University, Belden Village, The Strip and CAK and only 30 minutes to Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Other Things to Note:
There is a weather security camera facing the driveway.
There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation.
We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $125. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund.
