Summary: The tv remote did not work. Wanted to call front desk. There was no phone in the room. A lamp on the sink counter because the light above the mirror didn't work. Totally unsafe! A cloth left behind on side table. Stain on curtain and wall behind curtain. Staff at first was argumentative then seemed indifferent. My receipt showed I was not charged but my bank account was charged the full amount.
