Summary: We stayed here during the Art Fair and it was convenient to be able to walk there. We had difficulty opening the balcony door and the patio furniture had not been cleaned, so we could not utilize the balcony. I would agree with a previous comment that newer bedding and pillows would be a nice update. The shower on the first level was also slow to drain. We were allowed early check-in which was very convenient when we arrived earlier than we thought. We had a nice visit in Old Louisville.
