This amazing condo features stylish-modern decor from kitchen to bathroom. The condo features a massive King Bed with a super comfortable luxury mattress. We have a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full-sized stainless refrigerator. This condo has a dining room table as well as Smart TV with Sling TV Blue and Orange cable packages. Lightning fast WiFi.
There's also a large walk-in closet for all of your clothing/storage needs. Our bathroom has been updated from top to bottom. We have a shower/tub combo.
You can actually see the new RiverScape River Run and new kayak wave from this building! Ride or watch the best kayak and river surfing wave in Ohio just steps away from the condo! (We actually surf on it with surfboards!) Rent a bike and ride along the river. Rent a surfboard and take a lesson across the street (as weather permits).
The Great Miami River Recreational Trail is just across the street for walking, jogging, and biking. The trail is great for getting away from the traffic, and it always surprises me how much wildlife I see in the middle of the city.

Our condo is located in a stunning location. We’re on the river, downtown, with a breathtaking view of the Dayton skyline. Beach access on the river across the street. We’re in a safe, secured entry, historic building next to the Dayton Art Museum. Steps from the University of Dayton. Tennis courts across the street with racket rental. Easy highway access no matter where you’re coming from. Great for families or solo travelers.
The easiest and most efficient way to navigate the city of Dayton is with a vehicle. There is a bus stop right in front of the building if you do not have a vehicle.
No parties allowed. This is a non-smoking building, so please, no smoking allowed. There is a security camera in the lobby facing the front door, as well as one on the exterior facing the back exit.
