Welcome to Pebblebrook Stables located in the northern part of Georgia! Stay at this 15-acre farm with resort-worthy amenities and charming interiors. The home is located on the hill overlooking the fire pit area.
The Space:
The home has a charming large open concept with modern furnishings, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. The rooms radiate out from a central living room area with a fireplace: a casual dining area with seating for eight, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a large island bar for entertaining. Master suite on the upper level and a private side room with a twin bed. Full finished basement with a large entertainment movie room, smart TV, and surround sound system. There is a game room set up in the garage for the kids to enjoy, along with an outdoor corn hole, soccer, and frisbees.
I have a dedicated concierge service for any help or inquiries needed 24 hours a day during your stay to assist with any questions related to updates or healthcare facilities or anything at all that you may need some extra help with while visiting Atlanta.
Guest Access:
The guest has full access to the six-bedroom home with electronic keyless code access. Assigned parking in the front driveway, a private front patio and back deck, and outdoor fire pit sitting area.
The Neighborhood:
The main house is located on a working horse farm, please do not feed or approach the horses unless you are accompanied by the groom or stable hand, Tours or experiences can be arranged through our concierge team by sending a message on the platform.
Other Things to Note:
Guests shall execute a pool waiver and stable rules agreement prior to arrival.
Please note that the pool is not heated.
Guest may not use the Property for any purpose other than that of a private residential stay by the specified number of guests indicated in the Guest's reservation. Additional overnight guests are prohibited unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Owner.
The Guest and those in the Guest's party shall not engage in any activity that (a) may be a nuisance or become an annoyance to the Owner or occupants of nearby homes or (b) might invalidate any insurance policies in effect on the Property.
The Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the reservation and keep the security deposit paid by the Guest if the number of people at the Property exceeds the limits provided for herein or if the Police are called to the Property for excessive noise.
SMOKING is prohibited in the house!! Outside only in designated areas.
Our home is a PET-FREE HOUSE! 100% No Exceptions!! We are very strict in enforcing this policy. We are sensitive to guests who may have pet allergies. We can offer an off-site pet sitting service as an option.
There will be a minimum $500 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay.
The minimum age to reserve the home is thirty years old.
All stays longer than 14 days, will require a mandatory cleaning that will be scheduled every 2 weeks during your stay. Our cleaning staff will provide a 48-hour notice to bring clean linens and towels and to clean the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom areas.
We require confirmation of our guests and request verification of identification and payment method via our guest portal for the reservation to finalize each booking request.
