Summary: Every time I come back to this charming 1920s home near Edgewater Beach, we notice more thoughtful updates and renovations. On this visit, I loved the new trim colors on both the front and back porches—such a fresh, welcoming touch. The outdoor furniture was fun and inviting, and all the fall chrysanthemums really brought the porches to life.Inside, the third floor has been set up beautifully. With a desk, a futon, a double bed, and a twin. It felt cozy and practical.I also appreciated that the window air conditioning units were still in place—it was a warm day, and they kept everything comfortable. As always, the house was immaculately clean and wonderfully organized.This home just keeps getting better with every stay, and I can’t wait to come back again.
