Inside, we welcome you to enjoy all the warmth and coziness of a traditional farmhouse with a modern flair. With luxury touches throughout including a large soaking tub that faces outdoors, this serene escape will leave you feeling at one with nature. And even enough for 10 at the dinner table, whether you’re looking for an escape alone or with family or friends, we’ve got you covered.
Outside, you have all 3.5 acres to yourself to hike and explore or simply enjoy the scenes of nature. After a day of hiking or fishing in our stocked pond, relax in the 6-person hot tub, enjoy the amber sunset from the porch swing or sit around the camp fire roasting s’mores.
Whether it's a quick weekend with friends or a whole week on summer vacation with the family, we guarantee the memories made at The Ranch will last a life time.
KITCHEN
The Ranch has roomy kitchen with a full sized stove, microwave, refrigerator, large farmhouse sink and ample counter space. Forget spending your nights washing dishes as we didn't forget anything to help you thoroughly enjoy your stay, with a dishwasher and fully stocked coffee station! It has all your cooking essentials for making full meals to that first cup of morning coffee. Some items we keep stocked for use include: coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, baking dishes, wine and drinking glasses, plus plateware.
LIVING
Perfect for the gathering spot! With a large cushy sectional you can enjoy entertainment from the 50in flat screen. It works with Ruko to access your online streaming services + Netflix. Kids and adults will love the surprise assortment of puzzles and family favorite games found in the ottoman.
DINING
Enjoy dinning or game nights together at our large custom built barn wood table with ample amount of seating.
BEDROOM
The Ranch has multiple separate sleeping areas making it ideal for large families or groups of friends to enjoy together.
- Bedroom #1- King sized bed, located upstairs, full sized closet and dresser.
- Bedroom #2- Queen sized bed, located upstairs, full sized closet. Beautiful views of the forest and property.
- Bedroom #3- Two twin bunk beds, ample amount of room to play. Perfect for kiddos or adults who don't mind sleeping in bunk beds. Located on second floor.
- Bedroom #4- Sleeper sofa, located downstairs with ensuite bathroom plus TV and working space.
BATHROOM
#1 Located downstairs, this is luxury at its finest. Soak in a warm bubble bath while gazing out to nature or the stars or even let the kiddos have fun and play.
#2 Located downstairs off bedroom #4 this bathroom provides a large shower.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The home is nestled on 3.5 scenic acres. While we are off the road to the front, you won't even notice as the back of our property is tucked away from neighbors and sounds of traffic. Children will have a blast exploring the trails, finding blackberries and honeysuckle. We have a well stocked pond where adult and children can spend the afternoon fishing or maybe even catching a bullfrog. As the night progresses we have a large fire pit (don't forget about the stocked s'more station) to enjoy roasting marshmallow or pouring a glass of wine and relaxing in the hot tub under the starts. The opportunities are endless.
CHILDREN
The Ranch was built with families in mind. It is a wonderful places for children and families. We have a pack n play, games, puzzles, plastic cups and a high chair for your use. There are well maintained trails on the back of the property that are perfect for children to explore! *Please supervise children around all open bodies of water including the pond and hot tub.*

Please Read – House Rules!!!!
You agree to abide by all of these rules when you book the unit!!!!
1. Stays of 3 weeks or longer, have required midway courtesy clean.
2. There is a strict no party rule at this property. If you host a party or incur a noise complaint you will lose your security deposit and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund.
3. Smoking is not permitted anywhere at this property. If you smoke, or we find evidence of someone smoking, you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
4. Check-Out is at 10:00 am. If you are over 30 minutes late for check out, there is a $100 fee to pay for the maid's time. If you are over 1 hour late, you'll lose your security deposit. Late checkouts and early arrivals are allowed upon approval, if you are charged an additional fee, these fees are nonrefundable.
5. The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 people. Additional guest, with clearance from the host are an additional $50 per day/per person. Max 12 (please note you will have to provide an air mattress for additional guest.)
6. NO pets or animals of any kind inside the house. Violation of this rule will be a $350 Fee, no exceptions.
7. Lost Keys will result in a $50 fee
8. Missing towels will result in a replacement fee of: $5 washcloth, $10 hand towels, $20 large towels, $30 beach towels.
9. You will be assessed a $250 for any of the following:
- Rips, stains and/or tears to furniture, sheets, comforters, pillows or any other bedding item
- Stains or scratches on the walls, damage to electrical plugs, missing TV and/or appliance cables
- If we suspect that you have thrown a party, i.e excessive garbage, excessive stains on floors, walls, complaints from neighbors or other guest and/or any other signs that a party was held in the unit
10. Additionally: (in addition to the security deposit)
A $500 fee will be charged if any appliance, TV and/or hot tub is damaged and/or removed from its place, i.e scratches, dents, holes, missing parts or broken pieces.
11. Please be respectful of your neighbors and limit noise or activity before 8:00 a.m. and after 11:00 p.m.
12. Please do not move grill, doing so will result in $100 fine, if there is damage, $250 fine.
13. If you move the patio furniture, we ask you to please do place it back where you found it.
14. Events are allowed, with clearance from the host. Event fee is $125
15. Please maintain our grass and we ask that you park ONLY in the driveway, ruts and damage to the grass with incur a fee.
16. Please treat out property like you would your own. SHOES OFF and food/drinks ONLY in the kitchen dining room.
18. Please do not go into the garage, it is not for guest access.
17. Please note while we created this space with families in mind, we do not provide additional small children precautions... pond and spa do not have fence around them, please watch your children closely!!
