We have a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full-sized stainless refrigerator. This condo has a dining room table as well as Smart TV with Sling TV Blue and Orange cable packages. There's also a large walk-in closet for all of your clothing/storage needs. Our bathroom has been updated from top to bottom. We have a shower/tub combo.
You can actually see the new RiverScape River Run and new kayak wave from this building! Ride or watch the best kayak and river surfing wave in Ohio just steps away from the condo! (We actually surf on it with surfboards!) Rent a bike and ride along the river. Rent a surfboard and take a lesson across the street (as weather permits).
The Great Miami River Recreational Trail is just across the street for walking, jogging, and biking. The trail is great for getting away from the traffic, and it always surprises me how much wildlife I see in the middle of the city.
