This beautiful one bedroom / one bathroom waterfront condo is located on beautiful Catawba Island. The condo is on the first floor, so you are just a few steps from the water and comes with a 30ft boat dock perfect for a smaller boat or a couple of jet skies . The condo can comfortably accommodate up to four guests with a king size bed in the bedroom and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide clean lines such as bath towels, pool towels, sheets and bedding. The Condo is located right off rout53 so you are with in mins of the Miller Ferry and the Jet Express making it a perfect location if you wanted to day trip to Put-in-Bay, Kelly's or Middlebass Island. We are also not far from Cedar Point , The African Safari and lots of other great attractions. Some of the fabulous restaurants located near by are Gideon Owen , The Orchard ,Twin Oast and 1812 just to name a few of our favorites. After a fun filled day of exploring and dinning you can head back to the condo and enjoy the beautiful, heated pool or relax in the hot tub. The condo has Wi-Fi and a smart 45 inch TV in the living room. The condo has been newly remolded in April of 2023 so it is clean, fresh, updated and modern. There is remote control ceiling fans in all rooms , new smart tv, new electric leather recliner , beautiful raw edge wooden dinning table that comfortably seats 6 people , 2 leather counter stools , pots and pans, dishes and silverware, along with a variety of drinking glasses also comes with Bunn drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker , blender, mixer, toaster, airfyer, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. We do not allow pets and there is no smoking permitted on premises. Responsible party must be at least 28 years of age and we do not permit rental for party or events
