Positive: The house was very spacious

Negative: The house was dirty. Like floors dirty, stains on one of the twin bed to the point of me having to do laundry before my daughter could sleep in it. The hot tube was so dirty. The counters all had to be wiped down. Hot tube was absolutely disgusting. Beds where hard as a rock.
