First Floor with two private exterior entrances. Sleeps up to 6 guests w/ 2 Bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 portable cots available), 1 Full Bath w/ shower, Living Room, Eat in Kitchen, Washer, Dryer.
Outdoor space including covered front porch with rockers, rear private patio with dining table and Weber gas grill. A great rear yard with picnic table and fire pit. Small Dog Friendly with refundable pet deposit and nightly pet fee.
First 4 guests are included in reservation and additional guests at a rate of $25 per night per person. NO visitors outside of those on your reservation are permitted to the property.
~ Entire home can also be rented and the interior staircase can be unlocked and opened up to allow your family or larger group to stay together while utilizing both units together - best of both worlds! Max occupancy 10 guests. ~

DISCOUNTED weekly rates for bookings of 7 nights or more at 20% the listed price during Peak Season months (May-September). Weekly off season pricing is roughly 30% off the listed nightly price.
