This corner lot on Island Path boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, with large kitchen/dining area, separate living room, central air, front porch areas, and large side deck (with propane grill and separate refrigerator!), and outdoor shower. Walk barefoot on the lawn, relax in the hammock, kick back on the side deck outdoor dining area (seats 6). Breathe in the calmness of vacation right near wonderful Hampton Beach. Three bedrooms (full, queen, twin bunk beds) and a sleep sofa the living room. Sleeps 7. Fully furnished kitchen has gas range, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, and full-sized refrigerator. Washer/dryer at no charge. Small mudroom off the side patio with beach chairs available. Driveway parks 4 cars. Easy access in/out of Hampton Beach. Summary: Easy-peasy and lovely! The cottage is very clean, comfortable, well equipped and just a five minute walk from the beach. Linda, the hostess, is great. She was easily accessible, but because everything was in good order and well marked, there was no need to call her. I don’t think you can go wrong choosing this cottage for your next stay in Hampton.
