It sits on a 5.0 acre private lot with 120' of private sandy frontage. It has 4 large bedrooms plus a bonus room for additional guests. There is a tree fort on the property for the kids to hang out in. This home has a fire pit and an outdoor shower. This home also includes a bubble hockey table. There is lots of room for parking of vehicles-boat trailers. It has two master bedrooms with private baths. Central AC, dock, swim raft and sunfish sailboat are included. Sorry no access to the boat or Jet ski due to insurance reasons. This house is a perfect vacation getaway.
