Positive: I really loved this place, room for everyone. The game room was a big hit and had great views off the back patio. The beds were very comfortable. Had everything I want (except a hot tub).

Negative: We happened to stay on the hottest weekend. The bedrooms stayed cool, but the living room/kitchen was pretty warm. I was emailed a few times about the noise device on the back deck (apparently it wasn't working) and had to send a picture of it. We were very quiet and didn't really want to check emails while on vacation.
