Summary: Previously stayed here and loved it. This time not so much. No hot water in room. Was told to let the water run for 10 min. Still no hot water. Had to be somewhere so we figured we’d check again when we got back. Front desk gave us a $25 gift card to Starbucks for our troubles. Came back, still no hot water. Asked girl at front desk for a new room due to water issues. She said, well I can see you were given a gift card. I’m like, well that was less than 10% of what I am spending for a room for one night, do you want it back? Can it get me hot water? And she was like this is going to take a while, I have to check with a manager so you should just go back to your room til I call you. Nevermind the fact that it was 90 degrees and humid out and all I wanted was a hot shower. So I go back to the room and she calls 20 min later and asks me to come back. She gave me a different room and asked if I had grabbed all of my belongings out of the previous room. Really??? So the new room was disgustingly dirty. There was hair, dirt and fingernail clippings on the floor. Moreover, across the hall was a room with 2 constantly yapping dogs. For$250 pet nights, I expected better. Will not ever go back.
