Positive: The appartment was adequate for our needs

Negative: I specifically ordered via Booking.com a superior King Appartment with a Balcony and a lake or forest view. I got a view of an elevator shaft! We were expecting ironing facilities, there were none (we had travelled for a Christening from the UK and needed that to get our clothes sorted, we were expecting a King size bed and it certainly wasn't that. The cupboards were full of left over stuff, spices, wet wipes from a food outlet, an open bag of sugar! and in general didn't feel as if the cleaners really do the job that they are paid to do! We needed wardrobe space to hang our clothes, when we found it, it was full of spare bedding, sleeping bags and god knows what else, we had to clear that out onto the spare bed, reducing room, so we could hang our clotes! I believe that booking.com have misrepresented this room on their website especially with the pictures of the overall area. The picture is the view from our appointment!! I feel that the owners are being short changed by the cleaners and the management of thier property

Summary: Just wasn't what I was expecting. It was adequate, but, feel that Booking.com have not done enough
