Summary: I stay in a quite a few rentals on business trips. First the good. Location is really nice and the house the street is on is very cool with many refinished nice houses. Close to downtown. We had an issue with the hot water heater and the management fixed same day - great. It was not clear when choosing this property for being a 10 bedroom that is was four different units. Maybe I just missed the fine print. No big deal, maybe some would prefer this. FYI the pictures look nicer than the apartments are, at least the one I stayed in. Mine was worn and not great. Most annoying is that the house is poorly provisioned for a group that cooks. Pans are completely shot/rusted and just missing in some units. Random dishes. Only decaf. No salt and pepper. No shampoo so we had to buy on amazon. Our group overall was not very impressed and this was 1k more than the other house of the same size I was going to choose.
