We are new to VRBO but not new to guests, we have tons of great reviews on other sites :). This unique carriage house was built as the Chauffuers Quarters for the VP of Studebaker Auto.
LGBT, Queer and ND friendly. We are in a registered national historic district residential neighborhood of Detroit.
A taste of the Tiny House life. Updated, with original character: original kitchen sink, push button switches, clawfoot soaking bathtub with shower as well, and more.
Modern comforts: fast charging USB outlets, retro blue fridge, on demand hot water, and blasting minisplit AC!

Private entrance. This is a tiny house/apartment in the carriage house at the back of a historic home on a fenced property. You will have the Carriage House entirely to yourself during your stay. Driveway and courtyard/backyard are shared areas. Do not park in shared driveway or in front of garage.
This is a great place for someone who is independent and comfortable in a new place in an URBAN environment; if diverse neighbors or empty buildings scare you, or you're looking for a suburban experience, this is not the right fit.
Your parking is FREE and very available on the residential street in front of the main house.
The entire carriage house apartment is private to you for your stay.
