The Hygge [pronounced, Hoo-Gah] is the third and largest design by Box Hop team (Emily & Seth Britt). Using 7 shipping containers, the design is laid out and created with larger groups and families in mind. The open floor plan and five bedrooms leave plenty of room to bring the party with you! Although the Hygge is quite minimalistic, there are no luxuries spared. If you’re not out enjoying Hocking Hills, you can cozy up to one of our matching suspended wood-burning fireplaces.
Only 12 miles from Hocking Hills State Park, 5 miles from Cantwell Cliffs, 8 miles from Rock House trail -- there are endless activities in this area. To name a few: zip-lining & canopy tours, canoeing trips, hiking & biking trails, fishing, and horseback riding. There are also several local shops, restaurants, breweries, scenic tours and the John Glenn Astronomy Park.

Tucked in the back corner of the eighteen+ acres of the property, you are welcome to hike and explore or simply sit on your private patio with coffee in hand. The first floor deck extends the living space outside with large outdoor couches and chairs, a suspended fireplace, and a gas grill. There is lots of room on the deck to pull out corn hole, ring toss, or any other eventful shenanigans.
