Summary: Room was not ready at the 3pm check-in. Not ready until 430pm. Room was dusty and didn't feel clean. Bed was clean but lots of dust in/around fridge area, spots on cabinet between beds that i wiped clean. Pool was ok, just no towels at pool, had to ask for towels at front desk. Ladies serving breakfast were great and super friendly. Ladies at desk were good as well. Great location downtown, right across from shops and more. Ill also share we heard everything upstairs above us along with the folks in room 221 that kept resetting the alarm starting at 5am, every 10 min until 9am.
