Summary:
Our spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, open-kitchen, W/D, and one-car garage. Enjoy staying in home that has just had a new renovation, and is prepared for your short or long stay. Our quiet street is a great area for quite and to escape the bustle of the city. We have a wonderful location just between Grove CIty and Columbus OH. We are about 15 min from downtown Columbus.
The Space:
Check in and relax in our bright and airy space. Our house is a split level layout, which provides 2 living rooms, or a dedicated work space. 2 bedrooms up, and 1 bedroom downstairs. One of the bedrooms upstairs has 2 full beds, the other has 1 queen bed. All beds have memory foam mattresses. There is a full bathroom on the upper level, and an additional half bathroom down. Enjoy an open kitchen, vaulted celling living/dining room, and large private yard. Plenty of parking in the garage or driveway for up to 3 cars.
Guest Access:
Guests will full excslusive access to our 3 bedroom home.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and reservations for guests under 26 years old may not be honored in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community. If we are unable to host a reservation due to security and/or local laws, we will notify the guest shortly after booking their reservation. We will provide a full refund if a reservation is not able to be honored, as long as (if required) the guest may need to cancel the reservation in a timely manner to receive a full refund from the host.
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30 - 60 nights)
