Summary: Lobby staff was good. Elevator was dirty. Paid extra for a high floor and the room was disheveled when we came in-couch was taken apart and carpet was covered in stains. Toilet wasn’t flushing corectly. It was late so we just wanted to sleep. Couldn’t get the room to cool down so tossed and turned. Very ready to leave.
