For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease is required and will be sent via email—we request you provide your email address upon booking. Pets may be allowed for stays of 30 nights or more with host approval, with a $200 fee per pet.

- NO PARTIES - This is a residential home, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Visitors may be permitted if communicated prior to stay, but we do not allow open-invitation events. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1,000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, police may be contacted and act on our behalf. Thank you for respecting our community and for being a good neighbor. Maximum number of occupants for the property must not be exceeded.
- No Smoking on the property, no exceptions. This home, garage, and all outside space is non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping inside or outside, as the smoke can both the neighboring homes. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in $1,000 fine or collection if necessary and immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely. We strongly recommend that you not book this home if you or anybody in your group smokes.
- Any unapproved animal in the property at any time is subject to a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
- We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels inside the unit for you. If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. We do not provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays.
- Please refrain from any illegal activity on the premises.
- Exterior noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM as a courtesy to our neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
- Please note that any reservations for 30 nights or more require a signed rental agreement to finalize the reservation.
- Pets allowed on request with host approval, only for stays of 30+ nights with $200 pet fee per pet.
