Quaint Lakefront 2 Bedroom Cabin with additional private sleeping space on the terrace level. Great for family get away in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Recreational parks close by including hiking, fishing and all water sports. Golf, horseback riding, and river rafting. Local flea markets, antiques, craft and local artisans galore, plant/agricultural festivals. Library and local theater. Many north GA and western NC state parks nearby.

Summary: PROPERTY: Great piece of land. 2-3 acres of green space to run, play, and toss a ball around. It's a little bit of a walk to the lake, but 100% worth it. BRING WATER SHOES! The shoreline is covered in large rock that are very tough on your feet, so unless you rely solely on the dock your feet will hurt. HOUSE: We arrived when it was dark, and there were no external lights on at the house. The pictures accurately reflect how close the two houses are next to each other. The bathroom is accessed from the living room and the walls are not soundproof, so the bathroom does not provide the audible privacy that one would want. We (2 adults and 1 child) stayed upstairs. I'm not sure how the downstairs is used, as it's basically a narrow room with no features except as a quiet reading space. ENTERTAINMENT: The TV is very small for the space. We had to squint to see the screen, and eventually moved it closer to the couch just to watch. CLEANLINESS: The house was clean internally, but it was obvious that no one had been to the house in a bit. There were spiderwebs covering the stairways and door entry points. Even the door handles were covered in spiders. COMMUNICATION: We received an email with instructions, but received no confirmation when we communicated via text or email. We also received no responses to our emailed questions about how/what to clean when we left. So we ran the dishwasher and left the towels by the washing machine.
