Summary: I have been a travel agent for over 10 years and i love to trval places and referral my clients there. This is one time that i dont think that i will. Detail of home incorrect. It stated all bedrooms had t.v.'s and it didn't. You have to find parking to park. You're given a parking pass but the street is full so it was hard trying to get parking. Bunk bed is not safe. Doesn't feel secure at all, so no one slept on it. Washer makes lots of noise and took over an hour just to get load washed. Ended up having to go home with dirty clothes because washer took so long.I requested that we receive total towels and wash cloths as the people staying which was 6 of us. We received 2 wash cloths. I ask for more, the next day received a garbage bag full of bedding and towels. Still no wash cloths. Then was charged 30.00 an hour to checkout 2 hours late. Yes they compensated the 1st hour but the whole 2 hours should have been compensated. When coming back to Columbus, this is not the place i would stay or recommend to my clients. Lots of work needs to be done. If there was one good thing to say, the communication was good, but it was alot of apologies and no fixing the situation.
