3 Bedroom House in Lexington

Enjoy a stay in our one-story, open floor plan, ranch-style lake house that has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Beds with Twin on top and Full on bottom) and 2 full bathrooms. This is a Guest House on our property. A large farmhouse table allows everyone to eat together. Two separate seating areas - one near the 65" Smart TV with Google TV or Pluto TV channels or and another by the fireplace. New, comfortable furniture. Den has 3 glass doors that have no occluded view of the tranquil lake and woods across the cove. The back porch is perfect for watching amazing sunrises. Game room with 75" SMART TV with HDMI cord for video game consoles (not provided), shuffleboard table and commercial grade refrigerator to keep snacks and drinks cool. Laundry room has new washer and dryer. We are happy to provide a starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels and detergent.
Outside area has plenty of parking in the front for at least 6 cars and 4 boat trailers in the front yard. The private driveway is 500 feet long. Peaceful surroundings, perfect for fishing, swimming, kayaking or just feeding the ducks. Large back yard with lake access, private floating dock, beach area, Outdoor Pavilion with fireplace, seating area and table and swing set to help entertain the kids out of the water.
Two minutes to Jake's Landing to launch your boat, 5 minutes to downtown Lexington grocery stores, movies and shopping. 20 minutes to downtown Columbia/USC.
