It’s just a short drive to Lincolnville Center and the renowned Lincolnville General Store, filled with history and artisan wood-fired pizzas and treats.
Naturally light-filled and boasting views of your own private dock on Levenseller Pond, this property is perfect for a couples getaway or a small family retreat.
Fall asleep to the sounds of nature and awake to enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio as the sun rises over Levenseller Mountain. Chickadee Cottage neighbors its sister property Sparrow Hawk House. If you are looking to accommodate a larger family, both are available to rent. Both properties have their own private dock and lakefront access to enjoy. The fishing is plentiful and the options for fun in the sun are endless. Inquire about our paddleboard and canoe rentals for pond exploration. This quiet pond only allows non-motorized boats.

This is a dog-friendly home, with 2 dogs max. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
